Information we collect
We collect the details you provide when placing an order or contacting us: name, email address, shipping address and order contents. Payment card details are handled entirely by our payment processor and never reach our servers.
How we use it
Your information is used to process and ship orders, respond to support enquiries, and send order-related updates. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it except with the carriers and processors needed to fulfil your order.
Cookies and analytics
We use a small number of cookies to keep your cart working and to understand which pages are useful. We also use the TikTok pixel, which tells TikTok when you view a product, add one to your cart or place an order, so we can measure our advertising. Your email address is only ever sent to TikTok in a hashed, unreadable form, and nothing is reported from our staff admin pages. You can block cookies in your browser, though the cart will not persist between visits if you do.
Data retention
Order records are retained for as long as required for accounting and tax purposes. Support correspondence is retained while it remains useful for servicing your account.
Your choices
You can request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask for corrections, or ask us to delete records that we are not required to keep. Email scott@support-scottythebody-net.com and we will respond within 30 days.
Security
Traffic to this site is encrypted in transit. Access to order data is limited to the people who need it to fulfil and support your order.
