Delivery
Shipping Policy
Delivery times
Orders placed before 2pm on a business day are dispatched the same day. Transit typically takes 3–5 days worldwide, with tracking supplied by email once the parcel leaves our facility.
Shipping costs
Shipping is free on orders over $200. A flat $11.85 shipping fee applies to orders below that threshold, regardless of destination.
Discreet packaging
Every order ships in plain, unbranded outer packaging. Nothing on the exterior identifies the contents or references research peptides.
Customs and import
International customers are responsible for any import duties or taxes levied by their destination country. Research materials may require documentation on arrival in some jurisdictions.
Lost or damaged parcels
If a parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive within 14 days of dispatch, contact support with your order reference and we will investigate and replace it where appropriate.
