Refund Policy
Return window
Unopened, undamaged vials in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Contact support first so we can issue a return reference.
Damaged or incorrect items
If a vial arrives damaged, or you receive a compound you did not order, we replace it free of charge. Send photographs of the packaging and vial within 48 hours of delivery.
Non-returnable items
For safety reasons, opened vials, reconstituted material and bacteriostatic water cannot be returned once the seal is broken.
Refund processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of the returned parcel being received and inspected.
